It's a fact that a human being is made of 3 components: body, mind/soul and spirit.
Daily, We feed our body( with food, drink, clothing and cleaning) and our mind/soul( with intellectual, social and wellbeing exercices).
Our question is: HOW DO WE FEED OUR SPIRIT DAILY?
In this journey called life, we all naturally feed our body( 100%)
The government system around us is built to help us easily feeds our soul and mind (more than 75%) through education, diverse type of therapy or exercice and training.
It's important to notice that we can feed our body, soul and mind with good or bad inputs. The consequences will surely show. 1 Cor 10:23.
Very few people takes time in this very busy life to really feed their spirit. probably less than 50%.
The same principle applies. we can feed our spirit with bad or good inputs. There are spirits and there is the Holy Spirit.
My question remains: HOW DOWE FEED OUR SPIRIT DAILY?
Many Christians will answer: by meditating the word of God and praying.
By observing the life of the master(JESUS), we can notice that:
he used to wake up at dawn to spend significant time praying before day light.
he used to take time outside of human daily activities, despite the oppressing need of people to meet him.
he used to spend time meditating, sharing and living by the word of God.
To feed our spirit, we should follow the way of the Master.
The foundation of every human being is: BODY - MIND/SOUL - SPIRIT
The Body will fade
The Mind/Soul will sustain us until certain point during our lifetime.
The Spirit never fails, never sleeps unless we do not enable it. The spirit in us is our connection to the Holy Spirit, to God himself.
The Spirit never dies and is THE FOUNDATION of our being. Without the breath of Life, we are no more. Genesis 2:7

- Ask God to help us to realize and to acknowledge the work of the spirit in our being
- Ask God to help us feeding his spirit in us in order to hear him better
- Ask God to teach us obedience and discipline in order to fully live our destiny
- Let us thank God for his mighty work in us and around us.
