Ezekiel 40:2
In a vision from God, he took me to the land of Israel and set me down on a very high mountain. From there I could see toward the south what appeared to be a city.
This marked the beginning of a series of visions. In subsequent chapters, Ezekiel provides detailed descriptions of what he sees in the vision, including the layout of a temple and various measurements and structures associated with it.
*WHAT COMES WITH AN ELEVATED VISION?*
1. *Increased Clarity and Understanding*
An elevated vision brings increased clarity and understanding, allowing us to see beyond immediate challenges.
Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
2. *Guidance and Direction*
An elevated vision provides guidance and direction. This helps us to navigate with divine insight, like an eagle
Psalm 32:8 - I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
3. *Renewed Purpose*
An elevated vision brings about a renewed sense of purpose and vision for life, aligning, us with God's calling.
Proverbs 29:18 - Where there is no revelation, people live purposeless lives; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction."
*Prayer Points*
1. Father, help me to distinguish between God's vision and what's important to me.
2. Father, open my inner eyes to see Your truth more clearly.
3. Ask God to take you to high places of communion with Him. That he will remove any spiritual blindness that's in the way of visions you lay before me
4. Ask God to empower you to discern His voice clearly and follow His leading in every aspect of your life.
5.. Father, grant me the grace to surrender my desires to Your perfect will, trusting that Your plans far exceed my understanding.
