Intercession Saturday.
Enforcing Gods victory and will on earth
Standing in the gap for others is a calling that we receive in the secret place, where we receive the heavenly downloads. This past week the devotions are getting hotter and deeper calling us for higher level of consecration. We are saved by grace and sanctified by the Holy Spirit to walk in Gods authority and power for Gods Glory. Intercession is liken in the bible as a watchmen of the city, blowing the trumpet when you’re the location and formation of the enemy for you are located in a vantage point and also birth pains like birthing in prayer until the promise is delivered. Catching the heart of God like Isaiah’s prayer for Jerusalem in Isaiah 62, you can read and almost hear the passion. God is looking for people to stand in the gap on behalf of our fallen world or broken situation.
Isaiah 62:6-7
6O Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen on your walls;
they will pray day and night, continually.
Take no rest, all you who pray to the Lord.
7Give the Lord no rest until he completes his work,
until he makes Jerusalem the pride of the earth.
Ezekiel 22:30
30“I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.
God partners with us to bring His will on earth as it is in heaven.
Think of a friend or someone that needed to receive Jesus salvation, or a person that needs a miracle healing or miracle provision. We will intercede for others today.
Let us pray for people that need Gods revelation of His love and kindness that will lead them to repent and surrender to Jesus. Declaring healing for sick people(cancer, depression, stroke, tumor), declare freedom to the captives ( addictions in drugs, alcohol, porn, depression, trauma) declare joy to those who are mourning, spiritual awakening for Christians that are luke warm. Provision for those needed break throughs. All of this for Gods glory.
Lets us pray that we will catch Gods heart for the lost in our city, declaring the revelation of Gods love and kindness that will lead people to repentance. May the Holy create in us a burden that it will bother us in the spirit like birth pain we will labour until Gods will is delivered for our cities repentance, revival and a righteous revolution.
Our prayers are powerful and effective for we are forgiven and we have Jesus righteousness so is true the opposite.
James 5:16-17
16Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. 17Elijah was as human as we are, and yet when he prayed earnestly that no rain would fall, none fell for three and a half years! 18Then, when he prayed again, the sky sent down rain and the earth began to yield its crops.
Like in ancient kingdoms for your to act in authority you should carry the seal of the King. When the King pass a law everyone in under His rule should follow including the ones that don’t want to, that where the enforcers come along. We cannot enforce if we don’t know that we are enforcers of the King. We no longer fight to win for Jesus shouted it is finished, rather we fight to enforce the truth that we are victors in Christ.
Ignorance of your identity and Gods supremacy will rob you from enforcing Gods will to the territories that God wants you to conquer for Him.
May the bible verses below hid deep in our hearts through the Holy Spirits revelation that will transform our minds to helps us morph into a person that Gods wanted us to be for the expansion of territories for Jesus.
Colossians 2:13-15
13You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. 14He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 15In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.
Matthew 28:18-20
"Jesus came and told his disciples, 'I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.'" (NLT)
John 14:12-14:
"I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it." (NLT)
Matthew 16:19:
"And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven." (NLT)
Romans 8:31
31What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
Let us enforce the victory of Christ in the cross for dismantling the kingdom of darkness and defeated the power of sin and death. Because this ultimate once in for all sacrifice we have become righteous sons, royal priesthood, more than conqueror and co heirs of Christ that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in Heaven.
Let us stand in a gap for our churches that their will be mighty revival birth in repentance, surrender, holiness, hunger and thirst for Christ.
Let us pray for all pastors and church leaders that God will protect their heart, rebuking pride, lust, offence, unforgiveness and no weapon form against them will prosper. Declaring for fresh and new revelation of Gods love and grace every morning that they will be filled with Gods glory.
Lets us pray for the young generation, rebuking spirit of jezebel, perversion, substance abuse, sexual perversions and insecurities that it will not snatch the your people but rather they will be taking the lead in righteousness, prayer, holiness and worship. Lord preserve the young generation, double portion of anointing in integrity, faith, leadership, worship and love will be their portion. They will be their blood line
demonic altar demotion team in Jesu name, smashing century old demonic altars of perversions, abuse, murder, anger and witchcraft for the expansion of Gods kingdom.
Lets pray for women, our wife, sisters, friends and daughters that Gods will bless them, proverbs 31 will become flesh in their lives. Righteousness, worship and prayer will be their portion, they are the light and salt of the earth. They will possess a beauty within that radiates the shekinah glory of our God in Jesus name. Declaring freedom for those captives, healing from trauma, salvation for the lost and abuse and a forgiving heart. In Jesus name Amen!
