Soul (a living, breathing conscious body) is emotions, heart, power, and will. It's the *being* in us after the breath of God ( *Genesis 7:2* ). We can only function properly when we are healthy, well-oiled, and on course with our controller “the word”. It is known that everything that takes off will eventually land; e.g. Planes, birds, drones, etc., similarly to our Soul. Where and how it lands is dependent on its reaction to *external factors* :
• _poverty, sicknesses, lack of love, rejection, low self-esteem, stress, depression_ etc.
Bringing the Soul home or to rest/peace is realigning it with God’s spirit that was breathed into us. So much is desired by the spirit in us, but, all is vanity until the soul is healthy and willing to live God’s way; which is letting the *Word to be the light on our path and lamb on our feet* . *Psalms 119v105*
*Reflecting on God’s character versus man or the Soul. The bible says* “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? *Numbers 23:19 NKJV*
When the soul is *broken* , it is disaligned with the spirit of God. Therefore, it is dysfunctional. The Spirit is eternal pure, nevertheless, its supreme power is only executed when the Soul is willing.
We must *maintain course* by avoiding drifting by means through Christ, to land our soul “ *Home* ”.
• *Philippians 4:13* – _Jesus our source of strength_
• *Ephesians 6:14-20* - _The whole Armor of God_
• *2 Timothy 1:7* – _Power, love & sound mind_
• *John 10:10* – _Life in abundance_
Prayer Points:

1. *Living the truth for the sanity and healthiness of our soul. The truth will set our soul free,*
By declaring *John 8:31â€-‬32, 36 NKJV‬‬‬*
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”‬
Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
2. *Realigning our soul with the Spirit of God by allowing the “Word” to be our ultimate controller over every situation of Life.*
*Cementing in us:*
• *Hebrews 11:6 NKJV* “But *without faith* it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him”.
• *Romans 10:17 NKJV* “So then *faith* comes by hearing and *hearing* by the *word* of God.”
• *Joshua 1:8 NKJV* “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall *meditate* in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
