Topic:  ENDLESS AND UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.

Content:

Every believer or human must have a growth mindset. In the secular world of economics, there's so much emphasis on economic growth and development. Nations are always looking for opportunities for growth.

Growth is a function of an entrepreneurial spirit. Look at nations that run as an enterprise and learn from them.

Growth offers us tremendous opportunities to discover things serendipitously. Growth takes us through uncharted territories and pushes the frontiers of unfamiliar terrains.

King David saw endless and unlimited opportunities for growth.

2 Samuel 3:1 Now there was a long war between the house of Saul and the house of David. But David grew stronger and stronger, and the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker.

Apostle Paul saw opportunities for growth in every sphere.

Hebrews 5:12 For even though by this time you ought to be teaching others, you actually need someone to teach you over again the very first principles of God's Word. You have come to need milk, not solid food.
Hebrews 5:13 For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet]!
Hebrews 5:14 But solid food is for full-grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law.

Growth gives us opportunities to mature and not get stunted and stagnant.

Isaiah 66:7 “Before she was in labor, she gave birth;
Before her pain came,
She delivered a male child.

We can't miss opportunities for growth. Cain and Saul missed opportunities to grow out of Anger and Jealousy.

Genesis 4:6 So the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen?
Genesis 4:7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”
Genesis 4:8 Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.
Genesis 4:9 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?”
He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?”
Genesis 4:10 And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground.

1 Samuel 18:7 So the women sang as they danced, and said:
“Saul has slain his thousands,
And David his ten thousands.”
1 Samuel 18:8 Then Saul was very angry, and the saying displeased him; and he said, “They have ascribed to David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed only thousands. Now what more can he have but the kingdom?”
1 Samuel 18:9 So Saul eyed David from that day forward.
1 Samuel 18:10 And it happened on the next day that the distressing spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied inside the house. So David played music with his hand, as at other times; but there was a spear in Saul’s hand.
1 Samuel 18:11 And Saul cast the spear, for he said, “I will pin David to the wall!” But David escaped his presence twice.

Lay hold of me endless opportunities for growth. There's a growth mindset.
