When Heaven & Earth becomes one
* The visit of God in the cool of the evening. Gen 3:8. “Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day…”
* God’s intent has always been that Heave and Earth will become one. So He went ahead to make it happen in Eden. Matt 6:8 “Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.”
* Eden was a representation of the heaven and earth becoming one. Adam and Eve in Eden lived within the vicinity of some of the very significant heavenly resources such as; tree of life and the river of Ez47:9. Gen 2:9 “.. The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden,” Gen2:10 “Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden..”
* Rev22:2 “In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
The awful revolt that cause the separation. Gen 3:1 “…he said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?”.
* Rom 5:12-15 “ Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned…But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
The best of Heaven for the worst of Earth.
Calvary was not God plan B. It was His plan the whole time.
* Luke17:21 “.. the kingdom of God is within you.”
* 1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light”
* 2 Corint 5:18 “ Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation”

Prayer Points:
1. Praise God for His extravagant love for us that found expression in the redemption story. Praise Him for Calvary.
2. Gen 28:16 “When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it.” Let’s pray that God will help us to live in the consciousness of His presence.(God’s presence brings Heaven to earth)
3. 2 Corinth 5:18-20 “.. we are ambassadors for Christ. “ and God has given us the ministry of reconciliation. Pray that God will help us in our little part as part of His great reconciliation story.
