Chronicles 16:9 - “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.”

 

1. Cain and Abel’s God-Experience

Genesis 4:1-5 - “Now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain, and said, “I have acquired a man from the Lord.” 2 Then she bore again, this time his brother Abel. Now Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. 3 And in the process of time it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. 4 Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And the Lord respected Abel and his offering, 5 but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell.

6 So the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen?”  7 If you do well, will you not be accepted?

 

2. Noah’s God-Experience

Genesis 8:20-21 - “Then Noah built an altar to the Lord, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. 21 And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma.”

 

3. Abram’s God-Experience

Genesis 12:7 - “Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” And there he built an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

 

4. Paul’s God-Experience

Romans 12:1-2 - “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

 

Matthew 6:10 - “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”

 

> In the place of prayer, you receive a revelation of God’s will as it is in heaven.

 

James 5:16b-18 - “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.”

 

In the place of prayer, Elijah was invited into the heavenly assembly and was shown how heaven was about to invade earth. Hence, he knew the divine will and he prayed it into manifestation.

 

What was Paul’s revelation about presenting our bodies a living a sacrifice?

 

Elijah’s Guide to Fire Falling (1 Kings 18:31, Romans 12:1-2)

1. With the (twelve) stones he built an altar in the name of the Lord. Altars have names associated with them. Our God has the power to cease the system authorisation of an altar. He can suspend the landing rights of the altar. When this happens, the body of knowledge of the enemy becomes useless and ineffective.

 

2. As a man, you have the rights to make contact with earth. The composition of the stones with which God’s altar was built was earth.

 

3. And he put the wood in order. When obedience in place, it is certain this will aid combustion of the sacrifice. With partial obedience, the combustion of the sacrifice may be compromised. Do not be conformed to this world. It is at this point you fully submit your will.

 

4. And cut the bull in pieces, and laid it on the wood. Present your bodies a living sacrifice.

 

5. Fill four water pots with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice and on the wood. Just as water was scare, worship of the true God is scarce. Set up an atmosphere that is full of adoration and acknowledgement of God, this is your reasonable worship. 

 

6. Then you shall call on the name of our God, then He shall answers by fire as He makes an entrance so that His perfect His be done on earth as it is in heaven.
