Whatever influences your thoughts determines your direction
I Samuel 30:6 - And David was greatly distressed, for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
Everything changed when when David’s thought changed
Every stronghold has its foundation in a thought.
I Cor 10: 3-5

Meditate on the word of God. Repeat it in your heart - it shifts the focus from the obvious to recreating a whole new dimension

Prayer
1. Every principalities in charge of strongholds in my life, I pull you down in the name of Jesus.
2. Every power in charge of evil imaginations, I cast you down in the name of Jesus.
3. Every ruler of darkness of this world exalting itself against the Knowledge of God in my life, I cast you down in the name of Jesus.
4. Every spiritual wickedness in high places taking charge of my thoughts, i bring you into captivity and I yield my thoughts to the obedience of Christ in the name of Jesus.
