How have your experiences set you up for TMTT?

Thanks, Pastor Lakers, for the opportunity to share. Whenever given this opportunity, I deep dive into the Truths of God's word, and my faith gets enhanced above my experiences. This brings us to today's topic, which is rather provocative than summarising the lessons for today.

Key text: Matthew 25:14-25 The Parable of the Talents

Romans 12:2  And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

While we seek experiential knowledge of God to demonstrate territorial transformation, we do not define God's Truths by our experiences. Elijah had so much experiential knowledge of God but when he had a moment of Truth, he gave in.

Our experiences should complement the Truth of God but not define our knowledge of God.

The much of God's Truth we know helps us navigate through experiences that we can prove to be good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

If our experience overwhelms us, then it is an indication that we need more of God's Truth concerning that experience.

Our experiences shouldn't ruffle our faith in God but rather we seek God's Truths while in the experience to discover the way of escape and come off stronger in faith.

The Truths of God's word let us know we should not be anxious for anything and we should count it all joy even when we fall into diverse temptations not to mention that all things work together for our good.

The Holy Spirit is the custodian of the Truths of God. Even the Bible, with so many lessons we can learn from, is subject to human interpretations but only the Holy Spirit can interpret the Truth in the Bible.

I John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

II Corinthians 3:6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. '

Truth is the highest level of information in existence that is failure-proof. And ye shall know the Truth and it shall set you free.  And this is the reason God is seeking those that will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
